RSA 14:9. Presentation for Approval.
The secretary of state must present enrolled, approved bills and joint resolutions to the governor, note the day and hour of presentation, and record that note in the office records. A designee may not sign a bill unless the designee’s name was filed with the secretary of state beforehand.
