RSA 33:6-e. Exclusion from Debt Limit; Solid Waste Management Districts.
Debt limit restrictions do not apply to solid waste management districts formed under RSA 53-B, and a member municipality’s debts to such a district must not be counted in the municipality’s net indebtedness.
