Lakhtakia v. Mehra
The appeal is dismissed because the trial judge’s factual findings — that the appellant was a flight risk warranting supervised parenting time, that the appellant was the beneficial owner of UWA for support purposes, that support and restraining orders were appropriate, and that full indemnity costs were justified by prolonged misconduct — are supported by the record and entitled to appellate deference; however, the trial judge’s gratuitous declaration regarding share ownership exceeded jurisdiction and must be deleted from the order.
