The Court accepted the trial judge’s factual findings that PC5626 saw the applicant throw away an object and that the packet of ketamine later found in the immediate vicinity was that object, and held that the absence of fingerprints and procedural flaws did not render the conviction unsafe; accordingly leave to appeal against conviction was refused.
