    The trial judge properly evaluated the weaknesses in identification (language, lighting, emotion, delay) but, having regard to prolonged direct observation and surrounding circumstances, was entitled to accept the identification; the evidence supported convictions for indecent assault, theft, impersonation and resisting arrest, and the sentences imposed were not manifestly excessive.
