    The court found the defaults were inadvertent, there was no apparent prejudice to shareholders who were aware of the underlying financial position, audited accounts were prepared and approved and remedial steps taken; therefore it was appropriate to exercise its statutory discretion to regularise the defaults by granting the requested relief under sections 122 and 111 and the originating summonses were allowed in the terms specified.
