The combination of consistent eyewitness testimony and dashcam footage proved beyond reasonable doubt that the appellant made two close-range aggressive lane changes, crossed double white lines and endangered a motorcyclist; the appellant's explanations did not rebut the evidence and there was no basis to disturb the trial judge's factual findings, therefore the conviction was upheld.
