    Court of First Instance

    HCA1500/2021

The statement of claim failed to disclose any reasonable cause of action because it contained only vague allegations without time, place, persons, facts or causal links and asserted an extraordinary damages figure with no factual basis; accordingly it was frivolous, vexatious and an abuse of court process and the strike-out order was correctly made and is affirmed; the appeal is dismissed and costs are awarded to the defendant to be assessed.
