HCR 11.9 was not engaged; the error was a simple clerical/oversight by counsel and therefore properly corrected under HCR 11.10. The earlier decision of 3 March 2020 is recalled and the order amended so that the 15 working day relief period runs from 27 February 2020, correcting the unintended exposure to rent liability for 27 February–2 March 2020.
