Hinton J had already determined liability for costs in her judgment; on quantum the court applied band B to item 30 allowing three days, allowed an uplift for second counsel given the volume and complexity, rejected reductions for an 'indulgence' or public interest under r 14.7, and ordered Mr Dotcom to pay costs of $39,016.75 and disbursements of $595.65; the court declined to make a special 21-day payment order.
