    A v Accident Compensation Corporation

    Citation
    [2016] NZACC 153
    Court
    District Court

The reviewer was entitled to prefer the opinion of Dr du Plessis over contrary later reports; on the totality of medical evidence the causal influence of the 2006 injury on the appellant's present incapacity was non‑existent or at best minimal, so the appellant failed to prove entitlement to ongoing weekly compensation and the appeal is dismissed.
