    Because the appellant retained cover for a 7.4% occupational noise induced hearing loss and that percentage is significant and can be treated by hearing aids, ACC must fund hearing aids to the extent necessary and appropriate to treat that covered 7.4% loss under s81(4); any additional cost attributable to non-covered otosclerosis must be borne by the appellant.
