The Court dismissed the interim application because the High Court Fees Regulations and the costs regime require that directions or apportionments of hearing fees be made at the conclusion of the hearing; accordingly the Court lacked jurisdiction to make the interim apportionment sought and plaintiffs must pursue relief under the Fees Regulations (including fee waiver) or seek apportionment at the end of the hearing.
