s26(1)(c) of the Accident Compensation Act 2001 requires direct causation between the applicant's physical injuries and the alleged mental injury; absent medical evidence of a causal link between the appellant's minor cuts and his PTSD, the statutory test is not met and cover must be declined; the Court lacks jurisdiction to grant relief under the 1972 Act in these proceedings.
