The liquidator lawfully and reasonably exercised his duty under s256(1)(a)(i) in permitting the liquidation committee to inspect the Court documents (with limited confidentiality exceptions); the committee has a qualified right to inspect and the directors failed to prove reasonable grounds that inspection would be prejudicial to the liquidation, so the s284 challenge must be dismissed.
