(1) Cases pending before courts at the time of commencement of this Law are tried in accordance with this Law if there is no decision already taken on these cases. (1) Les devant affaires les pendantes juridictions lors de l’entrée en vigueur de la présente loi sont jugées conformément à la présente loi si aucune décision n’a déjà été prise sur ces affaires.
