Defendant, as administrator and trustee, owed a duty to account but provided sufficient accounts and documents; plaintiff's elaborate compounded claims for interest, inflation and share-profits were unsupported and rejected; evidence established that defendant had in aggregate overpaid the plaintiff and the annexed Accounts show plaintiff owes the estate $537,048.48; no wilful default by defendant was found, so defendant succeeds on his counterclaim and is entitled to costs and to exercise power of sale without restraint.
