On the accepted evidence the appellants facilitated corrupt membership applications and handled illicit payments; D8's convictions on money laundering counts were safe; sentencing required deterrence but parity and mitigation warranted reducing D6's sentence to 15 months, D1's total sentence to 24 months, and D8's total sentence to 36 months in light of role, amounts and totality.
