Master Levy found that grounds under s30A(4)(c),(d) and (h) were established: the bankrupt failed to co-operate, engaged in unsatisfactory conduct and failed to submit statutory annual reports; those failures impeded asset recovery (notably the delayed surrender of the Jaguar) and justified suspension of automatic discharge; having weighed seriousness and mitigating factors, the appropriate suspension period was two years from 27 June 2004.
