The appeal fails because although the article was capable of being defamatory of those responsible for the school and the plaintiff was within that category, the plaintiff did not prove publication to any reader who possessed the special knowledge necessary to connect the article to her under the legal innuendo pleaded; therefore the trial judge's dismissal is upheld and defendants may rely on that ground on appeal subject to conditions on costs.
