The Court held that the applicant was entitled to substantial additional credit for sustained and valuable cooperation and for giving truthful evidence; therefore the appellate court reduced the sentence on the more serious count from the effective 21-year starting point to 10 years after discount, reduced the other count to 4 years, and ordered the sentences to run concurrently, producing an overall sentence of 10 years.
