Judge accepted husband\u2019s evidence of reduced and unstable income and found the wife\u2019s expense estimates to be unsupported and inconsistent (notably rent attributed despite residence in family trust property); accordingly the court varied child maintenance to HK$10,000 per month per child effective 1 August 2014 and reduced spousal maintenance to nominal HK$1 per annum until remarriage or death.
