The trial magistrate correctly applied Wong Chun Cheong criteria, accepted the reformatory suitability report, and balanced offence seriousness, appellant's age, prior convictions and rehabilitative needs; a reformatory order was appropriate and the sentence was not manifestly excessive, therefore the appeal against sentence must be dismissed.
