The court found on the balance of probabilities that the Impugned Documents were created on or after 29 September 2022 and backdated to 12–13 September 2022 and are therefore void for want of authority; alternatively, even if created before the PLs' appointment, the 1st transfers, allotments and appointments were procured by directors (and by MS) in breach of fiduciary duties or for improper purposes and are voidable; CISIL and MS had knowledge and are treated as tainted; consequential declarations and relief were directed and costs ordered.
