The court appointed Colliers to value the Land because their team demonstrated relevant land valuation experience and appointed Deloitte to value the Companies' shares because Deloitte's expertise, discounted rates, and proposals made them suitably qualified and not unduly more expensive than EY; the second order must recognise separate liabilities of each company, deduct P's HK$1.1m liability to Top Master from amounts Top Master owes P, and the court will not order P to repay liabilities in absence of agreement.
