Interim payment was refused because the Receivers had already been put in funds amounting to over 60% of their claimed fees and expenses by payments made apparently for and on behalf of the plaintiffs, removing any justification for the interim payment; however the receivers' Exparte Bill lacked sufficient task‑linked detail and disclosure concerning work performed in multiple capacities, so the court ordered a revised bill and disclosure of bills issued to CSI and CSCG and apportionment information to enable a proper taxation by the assessing master.
