Applying s3 MPPO and established guidance (including Currey principles as persuasive), the court found the wife's reasonable monthly needs to be HKD15,000, concluded the husband has the means or ability to obtain funds to meet an interim award, and that the wife's inability to reasonably deploy her own housing assets justified not compelling her to sell or re-mortgage.
