Given the existence of a Family Court undertaking likely to remain in place in the short term, the bailment and physical control of artworks by the 1st plaintiff, and material non-disclosure by the applicants, the court refused a broad urgent freezing order but granted a limited stop-gap order: defendant must notify plaintiffs within 24 hours if the FC Undertaking is withdrawn/discharged/modified/released, and is restrained from dealing with OFA shares or OFA assets for 7 working days thereafter, with directions for prompt inter partes hearing.
