The District Court ordered that all allegations concerning the lawfulness, validity or legal effects of letters of administration granted by the High Court be completely excluded from consideration at trial and that such letters are to be treated as lawful, valid and effective for the purposes of the litigation, because the District Court lacks jurisdiction or power to revoke High Court letters of administration and therefore cannot properly determine those allegations.
