On the facts the memorial together with statutory declarations, the subsequent proceedings, settlement payment and release demonstrated that the mortgage was discharged and that there was no real risk to a purchaser; the certified copy of the lease, surveyor's certificate and Certificate of Compliance sufficiently answered the requisitions and the vendor had given and shown a good title in accordance with the Agreement and Cap.219.
