On the facts and given undertakings proffered by the 1st–4th and 5th–9th Defendants, the Court of Appeal found the balance of convenience favoured refusing the interlocutory injunction that froze the new board; the Judge's order of 31 August 2017 was set aside and replaced with a narrower injunction restraining the 2nd Plaintiff from holding himself out as authorized to act for the companies without board authorization and from obstructing resolutions.
