It was unlawful for the magistrate to impose separate imprisonment and fine as punishment for breach of bond; the correct consequence is forfeiture of the recognizance. Therefore the one month imprisonment and $500 fine for breach were set aside and the recognizance forfeited while activation of the suspended sentences was proper.
