The exemption clause in the Godown Warrant was sufficiently notified and wide enough to exclude liability for negligence; there was no evidence of a radical or fundamental breach by the warehouse to displace the clause; however, the defendant overcharged the plaintiff from June 1973 by billing for 592 bags when only 172 were present, and the plaintiff is entitled to recover the excess storage charges (difference of 420 bags).
