Interest was ordered to run from the date of the Buy Out Order (22 December 2014) to the date of payment (6 December 2022) but at a commercial rate (prime plus 1%) because awarding the judgment rate before the purchase price was finally ascertained is contrary to the penal principle of post-judgment interest; interest is disallowed for the period 7 February to 29 November 2022 for undue delay, while other alleged delay periods were not attributable solely to the Petitioners and do not justify disallowance.
