On the uncontroverted evidence adopted by the witness, the Court accepted the plaintiff's calculation of net pre- and post-termination losses, reduced by subsequent payments and adjusted by the Rule of 78, and held the guarantees enforceable; therefore judgment was entered for the plaintiff against both defendants in the assessed sum of $255,563.83 with interest from 12 March 1998 to the date of assessment and thereafter at the judgment rate, together with costs of the assessment to be taxed on an indemnity basis.
