The judge reheard the summons and concluded the plaintiff's pleadings remained insufficiently particularised as to number and identity of contracts, formation, terms, breaches and quantum; the Master's order for further and better particulars as against the 1st, 4th and 5th defendants was correct and is upheld; the 2nd and 6th defendants described as 'Sancus Group' are not separate legal entities and therefore lack capacity to join the summons, so that part of the application is dismissed; costs were adjusted accordingly and summarily assessed.
