Although armed robbery with a genuine revolver is very serious, the specific circumstances of this case (the cashier disarmed the appellant, the appellant fled and was quickly captured, and the appellant's record comprised limited prior convictions) made the original sentences excessive; the appropriate remedy was to reduce each sentence by two years and order them to run concurrently.
