Applying MAN Kwong Choi and rehearing the matter on the magistrate's material, the court found the magistrate's 18‑month starting point reduced by one third for plea should be adjusted; the appropriate sentence after full consideration of number, nature and ages of victims and personal mitigation is 10 months imprisonment, and the original 12 month sentence is set aside and replaced with 10 months.
