The Original Form NW1 was factually inaccurate on the evidence; under section 42 the court will order rectification by an amended Form NW1 showing USD1,282,051.28 receivable; such rectification does not invalidate the original filing nor legally restart the statutory five‑week filing period in s233(2)(a), and the Registrar should register the amended Form NW1 and annotate both original and amended filings accordingly.
