The Vendors failed to satisfactorily answer requisitions as to (a) whether the President's single signature and the instrument complied with French law and the Bank's constitution such that authority was validly delegated, and (b) whether the English text was a certified true translation; accordingly they were not entitled to terminate the agreement or forfeit the deposit prior to adequately answering those requisitions, and declaratory and consequential relief including interest and costs were ordered.
