The trustees are entitled under s29 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance to an affidavit and production of the client ledger because they reasonably require the bankrupt's contact particulars and ledger to perform their statutory duties; contact details do not attract legal professional privilege prima facie and PDPO s60B permits court-ordered use of personal data, therefore disclosure was ordered and the client ledger must be produced as property vested in the trustees under s58(2).
