Bail pending appeal was granted because the applicant established the time ground and demonstrated that his second ground of appeal (that the trial judge's Reasons for Verdict failed to analyse and explain how each element, including inducement, was proven) was reasonably arguable, and therefore the lower threshold for bail was met given the likelihood he would serve a substantial part of his sentence before appeal determination.
