On the balance of probabilities the Applicant was instructed to work at the Ship Street premises on 10 June 2015, the accident occurred while he was installing corner clamps and arose out of and in the course of his employment; accordingly the Respondent is liable under sections 9, 10 and 10A of the ECO for the agreed sums and interest.
