The term 'land' in section 12 is confined to the land specifically identified in the order (the easement area); statutory compensation under section 12 is payable only where physical loss or damage occurs within that easement area and to persons with a sufficient interest in that easement area; loss outside the easement area must be pursued by common law remedies.
