Because the Lands Tribunal found the wrong colouring of the West Yard did not affect the valuation for the Compulsory Sales Application and the plaintiff had brought the rectification proceedings for the valuation purpose, the rectification proceedings were unnecessary; therefore costs follow the event and the plaintiff must pay the 1st Defendant's costs.
