The magistrate correctly found on the evidence that the incorrect name and date of birth were not innocent administrative errors but deliberate or knowingly false representations intended to mislead (including to conceal prior convictions), applied appropriate starting points informed by Yim Lee Kuen, reduced those for guilty pleas, and ordered partly consecutive sentences resulting in a total of 15 months; there was no basis to disturb those findings or the sentence on appeal.
