Master's grant of a charging order absolute was set aside because the petitioner failed her duty of full and frank disclosure on the ex parte application by omitting material documents and facts (post-2007 agreements, disputed payments and solicitors' correspondence) which were likely to have affected the master’s decision; accordingly both the charging order absolute and the charging order nisi were discharged.
