- Court
- Court of Appeal
- Case number
- CACC75/2011
Appeal allowed in part: although individual sentences and overall six-year aggregate were not manifestly excessive, it was inappropriate to order the six-year term to run wholly consecutively to the nine-month Magistrates' term; court substituted an order that six months of the six-year term run concurrently with the nine-month term and the remainder consecutively, producing an overall term of six years three months.
