On uncontested evidence the 1st defendant defaulted under the Loan Agreement and committed events of default (including bankruptcy), the plaintiff as legal chargee had contractual and statutory entitlement to enforce the security, partition of the residential flat was impracticable so sale under the Partition Ordinance was appropriate, and judgment was entered for the outstanding debt with contractual interest until full payment and costs awarded to the plaintiff.
