The court found that the 20 Nov 2018 accident caused only a minor left 2nd toe contusion that resolved with treatment from 21–24 Nov 2018; the claimant received no further treatment for that injury until after a separate 13 Jul 2019 traffic accident and most subsequent symptoms and sick leave were attributable to that later accident and pre-existing foot deformity, not the workplace accident; therefore no LOEC or ongoing incapacity flowed from the 1st Accident, sick leave attributable to it is limited to 4 days, statutory awards are negligible and fully offset by prior periodical payments, so…
